Michael Vick did an interview with Piers Morgan last night discussing his new book about his life before andafter his dog-fighting trial. During the interview Piers asked Vick if he ever has plans to own a dog again.

The Philadelphia Eagles QB was on Piers Morgan's show last night, and said he would like to get a dog for his kids.
After Vick served 19 months in federal prison ... he was banned from owning dogs for 3 years. That ban is about to expire, and Vick thinks having a dog could be "therapeutic" ... for his children. He told Piers, "I can't take that dream away from them. That's selfish on my behalf."
One positive? Vick says he won't let his kids get a pit bull."
Personally I think its about time we let the dude live his life he served 2 years in jail and continues to volunteer his time and money to The Humane Society, at what point will people forgive and let live. It just seems like the media tends to gloss over the mistakes of some stars while they continuously harp on the mistakes of others, hmmmm I wonder why..... nawl let me stop that whole subject is a conversation for another day, But Mike seems to have really changed his life for the better and he's right his kids don't deserved to be punished for his mistakes. So I see no problems with them getting a new furry addition to the family.
