In the midst of an album battle between Kanye, J.Cole, and Mac Miller one of the best projects of the year was able to slip through the cracks Ladies and Gentlemen I present to you Tales of a Stolen Youth from Long Beach M.C Vince Staples. if you've been visiting this blog at all then you probably know that I am very biased towards Vince and his crew The Cutthroat Boyz but the bias is totally deserving This kid is only 19 (well actually he just turned 20 but his latest project was recorded when he was in his teens) and already is a talented wordsmith sounding almost beyond his years that's even mention by Ab-soul on a track on the EP called "Killin' Y'all" (Vince knows what I know now and I'm 26). The First time I heard Vince on Earl Sweatshirt's EPAR I thought whoa this kid can spit then after hearing his first whole project Shyne Coldchainn I knew that this dude was something special. He has the perfect blend of gangster yet still intelligent and aware of the world some would say "conscious"  but I hate that term even through the monotone voice you can sense the emotion of what he's talking about. This project is totally different from Winter in Prague his last project with up and coming producer Michael Uzowuru it has a different feel all together from the beats to the lyrics to the features not to mention its Mac Millers producing debut as his alter ego Larry Fisherman. You can hear Staples really growing up and coming into his own as rapper if this is just a preview of what dude has in store for the future a lot of you rap niggas should put down the mic and pick up an application at Walmart because that's the only way you Eatin' around here.....

This has gotta be one of the fastest conclusions to a movie series in history it feels like The Hangover 2 just came out. The trailer looks pretty funny and if its anything like the first two it shouldn't disappoint.  I'm glad that Todd Phillips knows when to call it quits, I was afraid they might ruin the series by turning it into another American Pie with endless amounts of weakass sequels.In the words of the great Philosopher Lil' Weezy I gotta say I hate to see it go, but I'm glad to watch it leave.

The audio is kinda rough but from what I can hear Earl is dropping some serious heat. TMZ being very Ignorant

Ok usually I always try and give someone the benefit of the doubt before pulling the race card out but in this case I had to yank it out of my back pocket and slam it on the table because this was clearly a violation. He's a 18 year kid he's experimenting that's what 18 year old kids fucking do, I did it and most of you have probably done it as well the difference is we didn't have a room full of bigoted assholes picking at our every move. The thing that bothers me the most about this whole video is the assumption that Justin obviously wants to be black because he likes crab legs and double cups. Chief Keef Baby Mama Drama

17-year-old rapper Chief Keef is already getting a head start on his baby mama drama -- in fact, he's so far ahead of the game ... he allegedly impregnated a girl who's STILL IN MIDDLE SCHOOL ... and now, she's suing for child support.
The girl filed the petition for child support in Chicago, claiming Keef -- real name Keith Cozart -- fathered a baby daughter with her back in 2011.
The girl's exact age is unclear, but according to the docs, she currently attends a Chicago middle school -- meaning she was .. at MOST ... in 8th grade when she conceived the child, but could have been in 6th grade.
Cozart -- who has since worked with Kanye West, Young Jeezy, and Rick Ross -- was 15 at the time.
In Illinois, it is considered a misdemeanor for two people under the age of 17 to have sex ... even if they're in a consensual relationship. When both parties are between 9 and 17 years old, the older person commits a crime called "criminal sexual abuse."
Punishment for the crime includes a max sentence of one year in jail ... and a requirement to register as a sex offender for ten years -- but in reality, these cases are almost never prosecuted.
The most likely scenario in which Keef would face a judge is if the girl's parents press charges -- but if that hasn't already happened, it probably won't.
The girl is suing Keef for an undisclosed amount of child support, including health insurance and other medical expenses. Calls to both Keef's people and the girl's family were not returned.
Keef's no stranger to legal problems -- he was just sentenced to 60 days in juvey for violating his probation on a gun charge.

Label me not surprised, I mean you know what they say your not a real rapper until your sued for paternity at least once. Although I was a little taken aback when I read that he has a child with a middle school girl, but then again its easy to forget that dude is just 17 himself and reportedly only 15 when the baby was conceived. Now I know by following him on Instagram that he has a daughter already so is this the same child or is Mr.Cozart attempting to out do this dude by the time he's 25. Oh well, guess we'll know the answer in 60 days.

Compton Native Y.G just dropped his new tape Just Re'd Up 2. I gotta say I have been really excited for this. The first Just Re'd Up got more play than any tape or album that came out that year, at least Southern California speaking. Every car that drove by, every function, every club, every barbecue you went to had at least 1 if not 2 Y.G songs in the playlist. Just Re'd Up got played so many times that by the end of the year you couldn't stand that fuckin tape anymore. Chief Keef Arrested

Just weeks after releasing his debut album, "Finally Rich," South Side rapper Chief Keef was taken in handcuffs from juvenile court Tuesday after a Cook County judge ordered him held in custody.

Judge Carl Anthony Walker ruled that Chief Keef had violated his probation for a 2011 gun conviction by holding a rifle at a gun range in New York while a video was being shot last summer.

Prosecutors have been seeking to detain the 17-year-old rap sensation for weeks, most recently alleging that he had violated his probation by moving to a north suburb without telling authorities. Police interest in Chief Keef, whose real name is Keith Cozart, grew after he sent a taunting tweet following the slaying of aspiring rapper Lil Jojo in September.After the judge ordered him taken into custody, Chief Keef emptied his pockets and handed his cellphone to his uncle before a court deputy escorted him from the courtroom in handcuffs, according to his lawyer.

Gone for a minute now we back again...

Well hello there, if you've been paying attention you may have noticed that we took a little hiatus for a few months that was due too a few technical difficulties, aka not paying the internet bill. Well now that the Wifi is back so are we, now I know what you might be thinking,"Hold up theirs internet everywhere, shit they give it out for free at Starbucks." and your right, but damn give me a break, I do have a life and shit my dude. And yea I could of just posted some things from my phone buuuuuut... alright fuck it I've just been a little lazy ok, but all that's behind me now and I'm ready to push this blog into overdrive (was that corny, I feel like it was a little too much but fuck it you get the point I'm trying to make). All corniness aside I want to thank anyone who's taken the time out to give us a look. I was literally shocked when I logged back in for the first time in awhile and saw the amount of hits we've generated since being gone. Somebody out there's been lurking hard and I ain't mad at ya playa whoever, wherever, how ever many of you their are I hope that you enjoy yourselves here and don't hesitate to tell a friend to tell a friend to check us out.
